Berkley and Chuck did awesome in Arkansas. I figured out Berkley only breaks when I don't tell her to sit before the birds come in. I normally just forget....dumb mistake, but they were great. The guides said they were some of the better dogs they have worked with and that "we should be proud". They got a hand of working off a tree stand this morning too.

One of the best decisions I’ve made is trusting Glenda Mitchell with my dogs. I just buried my 14 black lab named Jake. He was a world class hunter and even better companion. Thanks to Glenda I had a dog of a lifetime. We are back at with Jake's granddaughter…. I couldn’t get her to Glenda fast enough. It’s looking like she might just train up "Tollee" to be even better than grandpa. Glenda Mitchell is a great friend, wonderful caretaker of dogs, and awesome trainer. Tess

Thought you and Juli would like to know Tess had a busy and productive 1st day in the field. I got a limit of doves. See attached picture. Tess was extremely well mannered in the blind. She didn't break on any gunshots. She did have a little trouble with some marks but the doves had a different fall rate than what she has become accustomed. She also got a chance to retrieve some birds with a little kick left. She was quite startled on the first one. She even caught one a couple of feet in the air. Tess also did a great job of using her nose on those birds she didn't see fall. Oh she was also surprised by the dry feathers on the doves. I was well pleased with her performance. Thanks again to you and especially to Juli for the training job that ya'll did with Tess
